The rental tank from Direct Energy/Enercare broke, so I called Jacky from Constant Home Comfort to purchase one (not renting). The response was quick and we had it installed right next day. The installers did a good job, even corrected the lousy workmanship that Direct Energy contractors left befind 6 years ago. The new unit is a high efficiency one (John Wood), heats water up much faster than the one from Direct Energy (GSW). New I'm enjoying savings $1 per day by not renting. Highly recommended.

This was the first time we looking for a paving company. We didn't know where to look (newspaper, internet, etc). From the ones we gathered, Ludwig is the only one with good rating from Homestars.com, the next best was a 5 out of 10. So it was an obvious choice. And we are very happy that we chose them. All crew members showed up on the job date before start time, and they observed Toronto's noise bylaw to the dot, and patiently waited till 7:00am to start the work. The team is very experienced, because you can tell each member knew exact what to do at any moment, there was no slacking at all. The entire team worked like a clock work. In the end, the driveway came out very nice.
