We hired Versatile for a complete renovation of our master bath and we couldn't be happier with the result. It was definitely worth waiting a few months to be scheduled in. These guys are busy for a good reason. The quality is excellent, they pay attention to the smallest details, their price is fair, they (Herb and Mark) have a phenomenal work ethic, they completed on time and took a great deal of care in keeping the dust out of the rest of the house. Specifically, they gutted the room and installed a new bath with fancy shower stuff, 2 new sinks, new floor and wall tile and new countertops in one week. Herb followed up after completion to ensure we were happy with everything before we paid a cent for labour. I liked the fact that we were free to purchase our own components but at a great discount and with the benefit of their suggestions based on a lot of experience. Seldom have we had such a positive experience with contractors. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them in the future and have already recommended Versatile to friends. This is one company you can definitely trust!
