We contacted Chinook Landscaping and asked them to come out for a quote. They were fast and responsive and gave us a date that they can do the work. We booked with them and it was a couple months out because they were so busy. They contacted us a few weeks before they were scheduled for our lawn (to resod the grass and plant a tree) and told us there was an opening and asked if they could come out then. We agreed and they were out the next day. The employees were fantastic. They were polite and courteous and finished the job in record time. There was some miscommunication about the scope of work... however, the owner was willing to work with us and finished the job to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend. We have some other work that needs to be done that we didn't do (budget reasons) but when we go to do it, we will be using Chinook.

Wallace Fleming came in to finish our home renovations that were started by someone else. The original scope included finishing two bathrooms, installing hardwood floors on two levels, painting kitchen cabinets, and some misc electrical work for lighting. We called Vaughan and he promptly met w us that evening to go through the work. He was professional and competent and was very responsive to any emails or texts we sent. Partway through project, we changed the scope (included installing a new pantry door, new baseboards throughout the entire house, and painting the entire house). Each time we added extra work, Vaughan promptly gave us an estimate for the additional work and was able to line up the ppl necessary to complete the work in a timely manner. We were happy w the work he did and would recommend him to friends.
