CAS were great to buy from and work with from start to finish. Helpful, friendly sales assisted me in finding correct sized models with the features o wanted, that would be available. (thanks Vishu W.). Customer service helped me delay delivery 3 times to coincide with my reno. The delivery guys were right on time, worked around a tight lane way and everything was delivered safely, put where I wanted and large items unboxed. Still waiting for 1 item of 7 (dishwasher) on back order by the manufacturer. Very happy with whole experience, would use them again and would recommend CAS highly.

We had 10 windows and the sliding patio door on our 3rd floor deck of our downtown, 3-story Victorian replaced with Magic Windows in February, 2021. I would highly recommend them, and here’s why: . Our Project Manager Michele, was friendly, knowledgeable with great insights and spot-on recommendations. She helped us customize each window’s requirements. . Our installation team of Savo and crew were prompt, courteous, friendly, talented, problem- solvers (We have no square walls in this house). They worked 3 stories up with narrow access, on the coldest days in February. They laid down protective mats and thoroughly cleaned up after each day, all Covid measures were followed. They did an amazing job! Tip: change furnace filters after installation cleanup is done. . A minor hiccup in the front picture window with awning was remedied quickly and within 2 days was changed and installed (a real benefit to having chosen an Ontario-based manufacturing company during a pandemic, over a U.S -based manufacturer, this is such a plus). Also, a few weeks after installation, scheduled and had a prompt, efficient service call to reroute a window casing around some tile and very pleased with it. . The no-crank casement and awning windows are so easy to slide open and really catch the breeze. The built in blackout shades in the bedrooms, sun shades, and privacy shades that still allow in sunlight, are amazing. The retractable bug screens are such a smart idea and allow in much more sunlight through the windows and patio door. Our new patio door slides smoothly, quietly and easily and the patio door retractable bug screen is my favourite feature as the raccoons can’t claw at it at night. . I enjoy cleaning the outside of my Magic Windows from the comfort and safety of inside my home on the 2nd and 3rd floor and no longer need to pay for outside window cleaning so very happy about that. We're able to keep the thermostat one degree cooler as the house is warmer after replacing our 40 year old windows. Looking forward to the house being cooler in the summer due to the new energy efficient windows and built in retractable sun shades for the west facing windows and patio door. It's also noticeably quieter inside now with these new windows. Very pleased with every stage of service and product with this company. Would definitely use Magic Windows again and highly recommend choosing them during and after a pandemic as they take care of you throughout the process. Carla Simmonds Toronto

Calvin was very professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived early, wore boot covers and quickly replaced the drain basket and fixed the leak. He tested the drain, explained what he fixed and how to prevent any future blockage. He worked quickly and cleaned up the work area. I was charged fairly and offered various payment methods. I would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you.

Mitchell H. and Mike D. came today to remove a heavy elliptical machine from my second floor. The called ahead and came early, disassembled the elliptical machine as it was too heavy and large to remove as is, removed a patio umbrella and construction material from a 3rd floor deck as well as other junk and electronic equipment. They were quick, efficient, friendly, wore boot covers in my home and quickly took everything away. I highly recommend them and would use their service again.
