Darrell was AWESOME! He called within a couple of minutes of posting a quote request. He was very professional over the phone and was able to assess what the issue was (I heard noises in our attic, but did not know what it was. After answering his questions he knew it was squirrels and was confirmed when he came). He scheduled us in for first thing the next day. He looked in the main attic and didn't see anything. He looked in the side attics and could immediately see and hear the squirrels. He was very patient and thorough when explaining everything that he was going to do and what we needed to do after he set the live trap and left. He managed our expectations by telling us that squirrels were smart creatures and so a live capture could take some time. He checked in with me a couple of times that day and the next, but no squirrels in the trap. When he came back first thing in the morning on day 3, he checked the trap and found 2 squirrels in there and a 3rd one loose in the attic. He took the trap to a park and released them and then came back to reset the trap for the 3rd squirrel. Again, he checked in with me a couple of times that day and the next to see if there was any updates. He came back again on day 5 to see if the 3rd squirrel was caught. He looked around, and assessed the situation and determined that no one remained and they probably left. He then sealed the hole that they came through in our roof. He gave thorough instructions on what to look out for and would come back if the squirrels found their way back. As I said Darrell is AWESOME and AMAZING! He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and hand holds you through the entire process. He is by the book and very thorough in his performance. He won't rest until the job is finished to the satisfaction of the customer and beyond as he has very high standards. Though his business is small (he is a one man shop), he has a lot of experience and wants to do things right for his customers. If I ever have a future pest problem, he would be the only person I would call for the job. Thanks for doing such amazing work!!

We found mold in our basement cold room and needed it to be removed. After reading reviews for "The Mold Guy", I thought I would give them a shot. I had quotes from two other places, but it was something about "The Mold Guy" that made me want to go with them. Boy, am I glad I did! Kay was the first point of contact and made the process very easy and smooth. Drove came out to do the inspection and recommended services to be done in the basement as if it was his own place, which I appreciate. He wanted to make sure the mold would never return. Phil and his team came a few days later to do the job. He explained everything that his team was going to do and made sure to fully answer any questions I had before starting. They did an awesome job in the cold room and the entire basement and he even discovered additional mold in areas I didn't know about, which he cleaned with great care. The resulting work was awesome and they took extreme care not to damage any of our items in the basement. Thanks a lot everyone for making this a great experience. I hope to never see you again, but if I do, you will be the first (and only) call I make!

The two guys came (Shak and Bashir) and inspected the areas where the wasps were flying around. They felt the easiest way was to treat it with pesticides (both water based and powder). It took them about 40 minutes to complete the job and I could see that the wasps were starting to dissipate. Hopefully I won't need a follow-up treatment (which is included in the price). They seemed to do a good job.
