We are happy with Permit Works service. They have helped us to obtain a building permit for our basement apartment. Even though we got hit with an order to comply with the city, but Kelvin from Permit Works was able to get our basement to legalize with minimal changes. We highly recommend Permit Works for your project that need a building permit drawings.

Pretty much like the title, Tory (the gentleman who helped me to get rid of the squirrel) is nice and efficient. I thought it would be pain in the a**, turn outs to be simple. Love it when the guy you hired know what he is doing.

As Troy himself says: "Right On!" This company was founded in 1993. Everyday we hone our skills getting better at what we do. However the truth is that know one can really say how each job will unfold? They are all different. Having different levels of infestation.
