My old condo heat pump/AC unit died and I was dreading the cost of replacing it at $4000. Jimmy checked the unit thoroughly, replaced a part and got it working within minutes. He could have sold me a new unit prematurely to put more money in his pockets, but he didn't. Jimmy was very pleasant, and seems to love his job. Trustworthy and professional in my experience. Highly recommend.

I emailed Draincom based on Homestar reviews, received a quick reply and was set up within 48 hours for an estimate on faucet and shower cartridge replacement. Yuriy showed me my deteriorating p-pipe and gave me an estimate which included replacement of that also. Yuriy did a great job - completing the job the same day, in the time he quoted, for the price he quoted. I was very impressed with how clean he left the areas he worked on! He obviously takes pride in a job well done. It's never easy to spend hard-earned money on repairs but at least it was easy to get the job done with Draincom. Thank you Yuriy!
