Heard early morning noises that I thought were in the attic a couple of mornings in a row. I had some pretty extensive damage years ago from mice so reached out right away. Swat was very quick to respond and came the next day to thoroughly inspect the roof and attic- determined raccoons had attempted a break in but hasn’t succeeded yet. Reinforced damaged areas and vents for the cost of service originally quoted. Efficient, professional and I will sleep better at night. Thank you!!

This is the second time I have called Brock to replace windows in my home, this time a living room window and patio door. They are quick to respond, reasonably priced, and very professional. Stefan and Tyler did an amazing job on the install (right on time, very efficient, zero mess or disruption, beautiful work.) So happy with the new windows, the space looks amazing. Thank you!!!

I called Vince for a quote for a full reno on a very (!!!) dated main bathroom. Reasonable price, excellent communication, his team is organized, professional, on time, on budget, and do beautiful work with minimal mess/disruption. I couldn't be happier. My bathroom is so beautiful the rest of my house is feeling badly about itself. Will definitely be enlisting their help again. Thank you all so much!!!!!

I love this site, I have had nothing but good experiences with contractors found here and this was no exception. I had 7 light fixtures replaced one of which was in the stairwell and not easy to get at. Dennis and Terry arrived bright and early, and were efficient, professional, and just really nice to deal with! They did a great job and went the extra mile, taking time to make sure that the awkwardly designed fixtures I had chosen was securely assembled - they also moved one of the fixtures they had removed to replace a long-broken fixture elsewhere in the house that I hadn't even planned on dealing with, and at no charge. (Thank you!!!!) :) Will definitely be calling them for future work and would highly recommend them.

I contacted Milorad Tiling recently to install a marble mosaic back splash in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. Milorad was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first estimate to the completion of the work, prompt, professional and tidy. My kitchen looks absolutely wonderful, the work is meticulous, as well as being on time and on budget. Will definitely be in touch again when it is time to work on the bathrooms. The Floor Shop (Leaside location) recently installed Vintage hand scraped hardwood on the main and second floor of my townhouse, and redid the staircase as well. Peter was nice enough to work around my VERY tight schedule to come take a look at the house, and gave me a clear and detailed estimate - an itemized contract followed right away when I decided to go ahead with the work. Andrew arranged the install and provided a detailed work schedule well in advance re: tearing out and disposing of the existing carpet, tile and old wood flooring, and having two separate teams come in to take care of the flooring and the stairs, all within the fairly narrow window of time I had available for the work to be done. Everything was done beautifully and efficiently, right on schedule and on budget, the house was left neat and tidy, and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Just a great experience overall and the floors look amazing. Thank you Peter, Andrew, Wojtek and Paul, excellent work!!!!

I contacted Paul to clean the ducts, furnace, dryer and fireplace in a home I recently purchased - he arrived right on time and was thorough, polite and professional. What more could you ask for? It was pretty clear from the dust buildup that the ducts had not been cleaned in a long time if ever! He did an excellent job and went the extra mile, installing a new access panel to the furnace to ensure the work was done properly. He also pointed out that that the dryer vent was not fully accessible - he did the best job he could with limited access and adjusted his price accordingly. I thought the price was very reasonable for so much work! I will definitely call on him in future and would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you!
