I tried to cancel my account , and they said it was already renewed by phone and therefore I would have to pay the balance of the contract, we told them we would let the contract expire in March of 2017 and we would cancel at that time. ADT then sent another contract to my home for another 3 years and when we called we were told that we had renewed by phone again and after another hour and a half on the phone they insisted we were renewed, my next phone call is to my lawyer and to the media stay away from this company they are not ethical, the Media are interested and will come visit me, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM?
