Best furniture store in MIssissauga
We've furnished our entire house with Sterling Interiors and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the result. Since 2013, after a horrible experience at a different furniture store, we discovered Sterling and have since worked closely with Peter and Christina who made the process fun and easy. They went above and beyond each time and even sourced out some pieces they don't carry and helped us with a custom built TV unit. They provide great suggestions and the service is undoubtedly the best we've received. Even their delivery is great, Romeo and his team deliver each piece with care. I understand the frustration due to long delivery times for certain pieces. However, it's unfortunate to see the negative reviews due to this as it's important to note that the long delivery times and delays are through no fault of Sterling. Its the furniture manufacturers that provide it, at times inaccurately. As a result Sterling being the middle man gets the blame for passing on the info they receive. I've witnessed it myself in the store where they're given a certain lead time by the supplier only to have it changed at a later time. Our inquiries regarding order status were always addressed. Were they answered immediately or even on the same day each time - no. But that's because they're busy chasing down their suppliers and reps to try and get answers. Anyone who has experience in an industry where you're reliant on manufacturers/suppliers will understand that Peter and his team don't ignore the customer requests but actually work continuously in the background to get the info, sometimes it can take a few days. In the long term, waiting a few extra weeks for furniture that will last for years to come isn't so bad, especially when you're getting it at the BEST price possible along with the BEST service from Sterling. Bottom line - they provide the best deal, quality and service. We are definitely their customers for life and their's is the only furniture store we'll ever purchase from.
