I am stupid, stupid, stupid! Like pretty much all of the reviewers, I should have read the reviews on this company before hiring them. I feel very sorry for the technician, Sam, who came to our home. He obviously has no choice but to abide by the company's policies to pad their invoices. Our contract stated draining system $112, hoses/filter $70 and main board service $98.00. No hoses/filters were changed or the main board serviced. Sam was polite, he did pull the dishwasher out to drain and clear some food particles but that was it. When we used the dishwasher the first time that night it did not drain. Halfway through the appointment he told us that the drain pump would need to be replaced soon and quoted us $337.69. Why was that option not given to us right away? When my husband called to ask what could be done he was told there was nothing they would do, their work was not guaranteed. So we wasted $280 plus tax on a dishwasher we paid $699 for 5-6 years ago and now have to have a company with great reviews on Homestars to come and fix it.
