They did a tremendous job with the new furnace and air conditioner install. They left the furnace room cleaner than when they got there and did a superb job with the install. All of the new lines and pipes were installed very neatly and looks as professionally done as you can get. Being in an old house there were a few unexpected things that came up during the install which they talked to us about and explained what needed to be done. The only item which had a cost increase was due to an old air supply which didn't actually connect outside the house. There was no way of knowing this until they started doing the work at my house, and they needed a company to come in an core through the top of the basement wall so this was definitely an unforeseen item which justified the cost . Everything else he kept true to the original quote and on a couple of items they didn't have the parts quoted, so they used items they had in stock and upgraded us at no cost as to not cause any delays. Very rare these days to find companies who stay true to their quotes even if it means they have to provide upgrades at their cost. Truly great company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just had a new furnace and air condition installed by Distinct Heating and Cooling and the owner of the company highly recommended to get the ducts cleaned by PURAIR. Rory from PURAIR was very professional and left the area very clean and tidy. He showed me all of the junk that was in the air ducts from screws and wood blocks to dog hair and dust. There is a very notable difference in the reduction of dust in the house. Things that would get dusty in a day or two stay clean much longer. They use a very large vacuum with a hepa filter bag that they can wheel to the furnace instead of running a large hose from a truck outside. This means that your door can stay almost completely shut (run an air hose into the house) so pets can't escape and dust and dirt from the outside doesn't come in. I would highly recommend PURAIR and booking online was very straight forward and convenient.
