I love this company. Twice now I've called on them to help me out and they don't disappoint. This last time, I had a problem with basement drainage and a lot of sewer flies filling up the house. I was sure I had a main line problem that req'd thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work. Valentin quickly figured out that the problem was with the old downspout drain and the work required was not nearly so extensive. They show up exactly when they say, they're very courteous, do the work to the estimate and no more and are careful not to create unnecessary mess in the house. Can't say enough good things about them.

Priority offered great. service. The technician came during the window allotted and their office called that morning to confirm that all was well. They used a camera to show me the reason for the blockage in my pipes so I could see for myself. They offered options at various costs and came back the next morning to complete the job as it req'd some specialized equipment. They have set prices for certain jobs that they can show you. Trevor was great at walking me through the handbook and outlining my future options for major work as I have some roots growing into my drain. (fun!) But no pressure, just informative.

WaterWorks was exceptional in terms of connecting with me when my appointment was going to happen and sent me an email with the picture of the plumber, for safety's sake. While the job ended up not really being needed as I had already snaked the toilet myself previously, nonetheless it was great to get a plumber's opinion on the issue. I was impressed that Wesley did not pressure me to do a more major auger job and advised that I probably just need a better toilet. The pre-visit communications and the follow-up have been exceptional.

Everything you read about this company is spot-on. They're incredibly responsive leading up to the visit and arrive exactly when they say they will. I asked them to look at my dryer vent, which wasn't working properly. They gave it a clean and re-aligned a vent in my wall with the outlet pipe and sealed it with some tape to hold it for the time being. They advised that I should keep an eye on air flow and that this wasn't a permanent solution. And then charged me $0 because they "didn't do too much" and hadn't permanently solved my issues on this day. Then they called back later to check on my visit and to ask whether everything was all right. Pretty incredible service and friendly to boot! Definitely don't hesitate to recommend.

Arnoldo and his son were amazing! Super friendly, they arrived exactly when they said they were going to arrive and worked exactly to their estimate. It was a pretty gruelling job and they worked at it non-stop from early morning until mid-afternoon to get it done as quickly as possible. Cleaned everything up and patched up all the holes in the plaster like new!

Valentin was terrific -- he's always in touch and on the ball. Needed to replace the valve for my water intake because of the water meter upgrades. There were a few complications but he kept a smile on his face and delivered the job for nice, low price. Great guy.

Everything you read here is true. They arrive exactly when they say they will. They called first to let us know they were coming soon. Worried about leaving dirt behind. They were very thoughtful and polite -- offered us earplugs b/c of the noise. Took the time to explain what they were doing and gave tips about keeping the filters clean. Really great.
