On July 11, 2016 I had to call customer service. My alarm system was screaming battery low, sensor high. Well, I had enough of that noise. The young man answered very helpful and politely. I had no idea what to do. He walked me through the procedure, displaying 100% excellent customer service. I had to take it slow sharing I was about two weeks into surgery on my left hand. My service representative was Toor. He was patient and genuine about helping me to resolve it. He sent me a email about the different batteries for my system. Thank You for him!!!!
