My jenn air oven not working. Called the manufacturer and boomed the service. Two tech showed up. Have no clue what the problem was. Tried to charge me for two tech. I told them it is not what I was told. Immediately dropped to half. Never use this company. I also lost trust of the manufacturer which is whirlpool.

They came, got it done, clean up and they left. Very polite. Price very reasonable compared to some other companies quoted me. Even pointed out the problems of the roof. Highly recommend.

Had a maintance contract with this company for almost 10 years. The tech comes every 3 months. Never mentioned anything need to be changed. But I had to replace the same heat pump twice during t the 10 years. Every time it was a sudden death of the pump. Recently another HVAC unit was leaking badly after maintenance was done just 1 month ago. They have to replace parts. Finally fire them. Stay far far away.

Arrived 1 hour late saying truck battery died. 3 young guys just over 20. Worked hard during the hot summer day. However, I have to say they are not very professional. Scratches on the wall and railing. Hit the stones when they backed up the truck. No covering of the carpet made it very dirty. Damaged some furnitures I had to throw them away. Told me an hour lunch. Ended up 1.5 hours. When they put the furnitures in the storage I rent, one guy was pushing the leather couch against the concert floor, I can just hope nothing damaged when I eventually move to the new house in August. Not recommended. Find someone else

I have found the office that did your move for you. The truck did have battery issues on June 26th (the day of your move) and the driver phoned you to let you know about the delay so you would not be sitting around waiting for the truck. You indicated there was no problem because there was no elevator being used so time was not an issue.
At no time between the day of your move and the date you made this review did you contact the office to complain about the move and the damages. It is difficult to remedy a situation when we are not made aware of it.
All of our trucks have a GPS tracking system on them and the owner of the office that did your move has checked the times on your move and they did in fact take a lunch break, however the time that they were eating was not on your bill. The GPS shows that the truck took 52 minutes and 22 seconds to go from your residence to the destination and it takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes to go from point a to point b. They did not charge you for the half hour they took to eat and relax.
In regards to the claim of damages, please contact the office that did your move and they will take care of the claim for you based on your insurance coverage.
We would like to make this right for you.
