Igor from Comfortec put us at ease right from the start with assurance that they would be able to deliver on our vision for a renewed entryway. He and his crew did not disappoint! The team was very professional, completed the work in a timely manner and were flexible with our request to paint the space ourselves. Their attention to detail was very appreciated as well as their flexibility in installing the bathroom fixtures that we purchased for the space. They were very efficient in planning and execution of taking down a major load bearing wall. Another concern of ours (with little ones and dust allergies) was dust coming up to the rest of the house. Mike and the crew were conscious of this and took measures to ensure it was kept to a minimum. Thanks Mike and the 310-team!
