I first met John when I asked him to assist me with the installation of my bathtub, and he was excellent. Not only was the work completed perfectly, it was done so during the time possible and for the agreed cost - even with having to work in the evening. I recently contacted John to install a back-flow preventer and he was completely knowledgeable in what had to be done with respect to arranging for the permit and the flawless installation. John is professional, honest and priced fairly. I highly recommend John to anyone requiring the use of a professional plumber.

Our furnace decided to give up on us during this recent cold weather in April. After contacting technicians that I have used in the past, no one was able to arrange their schedule to have a look at my furnace except for Fred. After speaking with him over the phone he appreciated the sense of urgency and made arrangements to come first thing in the morning and called while on route to confirm. Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately and have the furnace back up and running in minutes. He was professional, punctual, informative and honest.
