We have used Larry's painting for years for painting inside several houses - and at least one substantial portion of a kitchen renovation - and have always found them to be quick, friendly and very professional. This project involved the repainting of the doors, trim and door canopies at our small condominium. Larry pointed out that the previous painters used the wrong paint and that some of the underlying wood structure needed replacing. They finished the work on time and did a very good job.

I have used Brannan Appliance repair for over a decade, the last visit he fixed my dishwasher once, within a year he was back to fix it again but told me that this would just keep happening, if I wanted to save money I should give up and buy a new one. This is typical, he does great professional work but when he sees that it is hopeless he stops taking your money and gives you the straight goods. Lots of others just keep taking the money. First class and very professional.

Arthur goes out of his way to do the job right and explain exactly what is needed. We had a mystery leak "somewhere" on our balcony. We also needed a new sliding door to access the balcony, Arthur provided a supplier for the door and coordinated installation with the roof repair. Excellent job done quickly with total clean-up. Above and beyond expectations - all roofers should be this good.
