I power-washed my 38-year-old pavers ahead of time and then hired GTA Sealing to install new polymeric sand and apply sealer. Art was very informative and always responded promptly to my questions. Ilya came out to do the work and was very professional. After a couple of days I notice some lighter, hazy areas and a small amount of washed-out sand. The company responded to my concerns and Ilya did the repairs thoroughly. I am VERY happy with the result; the old pavers have a new life! This company cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

I had to make an emergency call recently after a 40-foot spruce in my backyard was uprooted by weight of snow and ended up leaning against my roof. Despite being busy with several storm calls, Darryl was able to come to the property and provide an estimate the same day, and book the job for three days later. The crew arrived on time and began setting up. They had intended to use a large crane to lift tree sections over my roof to the front yard but a careful assessment of the setup - putting safety above all - determined that the plan had to change. Using a spider-lift (a cool machine that was able to squeeze through a 34-inch gate opening), the tree was limbed and cut into smaller sections in the backyard and carried out front manually to be chipped. The work was done efficiently and the cleanup was thorough. The price was reasonable and Darryl even included some trimming of two other evergreens. He is friendly, provides detailed explanations and is great at problem-solving. Very satisfied, would use Upanoak again!
