My wife noticed a leak around the laundry area down in our basement one morning. We inspected the walls and realized that major work need to be done. We’ve always wanted a finished basement anyway, but didn’t have it in our budget to tackle such a project. When we were curious to see how much basement renovations went for, it wasn’t the prices directly that deterred us from going through with the project. Frankly, we didn’t like the contractors that inspected and quoted our potential basement project. They came off really hasty and seemed as if they just wanted to get in and get out as quickly as possible. That was true until we met John from Dilullo Restoration, he was very professional and really took his time explaining everything. With the damages to our basement, he was able to answer all our questions and show us what we were to expect with this type of work we needed to have done. We hired John on the spot and have never been happier with our decision. He lowered our basement by a foot, fixed our basement to prevent future leaks and we now have a finished basement that we have enjoyed leak free. Thanks John.
