Very proffesional, attentive staff and in all aspects quite impressive service from Cascade. Came on time, prepered with all the parts needed and done in a timely manner. Steve even recalculated the price after he was able to finish faster then originally thought. You don't see that very often. Not to mention a few valuable tips for future maintenance he and Linda gave us along the way. Overall, extremely impressed and we would highly recommend this company for the applience repairs.

We had the issue with the temperature in the room above the garage and, lately, we noticed the difference between the ground and upper floor so we decided to do something about it. After considering several companies Woitek's estimate seemed most complete. The work was done fairly fast and Tom and Patrick were very professional in all aspects of the job. We noticed the difference right away, especially in the room above the garage. It used to be 4-5 degrees and now it's almost the same as in the rest of the upper floor.
