Maric was referred through my sister, who is thorough when hiring professionals in her home. He was thorough in explaining what the problem was, drained the tubes, replaced the motor and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. He was tidy with his work, friendly to my kids who were curious about what he was doing, professional in his conduct and super polite. A month later, I had another problem that he walked me through over the phone. He could have easily charged me for a visit, but didn't. What is clear is that he values his client relationships and that a long-term one is better than short-term gain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maric to anyone looking for a good, honest professional who will go above and beyond when necessary.

The work was started exactly when they said they would, then they worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly, providing before and after pictures to show the difference in insulation levels.
