I had backyard getaways build my pool 3 years ago and i couldn't be more happier, my family and extended family have taken full advantage of it. I love how my house was a gathering point on hot summer days. This year we moved, couldnt believe we were doing this after only putting a pool in not so long ago. but we moved to a house with a bigger pool. I had no doubt in my mind that i wanted the team at Backyard to help manage the new pool, the equipment was different and i was a bit worried about the maintenance and operation of new equipment. I asked Reggie to come out to my place in milton, and he did and inspected everything and said not to worry they will make sure i am up and running and next spring. the previous owners told me to go to there guys who did there pool but i choose to stay with backyard, i love how it is a family business, and when i go in there they all know my name. I always try recommend them to friends who are thinking about a pool.

Hi John and Regi, Everything is going perfectly! Your guys and especially your dad have all been great, They're probably thinking this is the easiest job yet because I am never around except in the morning to watch them. I wish I could be there more so I could offer your guys more to drink etc. All I could do is coffees and timbits, but I've got to work. Its been busy which is good, because I have to pay for the pool (LOL). I understand my neighbor doesn't want to do anything to his concrete walkway, which is ok, because he told me that they want to do stone work later. I do ask that when we do finally put everything back together that my neighbor be satisfied with the way his side was completed. I saw that your guys cleaned up his concrete walk way and it looks pretty intact from the way it started but I only looked at it in the night time. I am going to try and come by your office tomorrow with a check for 14k for the next installment. Also I talked to your dad this morning about j-bolts for the concrete pad for the cabana. I will see him tomorrow morning to give him the bolts. my brotherinlaw who is building the cabana with me next year would like them set when the concrete is poured. Thanks again. I can hardly wait and I am so tempted to get the temp of the pool bearable for just one dip before closing (LOL). Thanks Joehl.
