I found the work of Kitchen and Bath to be fine. At times it was frustrating to deal with some of the sloppiness and disorganization of the company. There was a time where I didn't think I would give them a good review - however every time we ran into an issue - it was ultimately solved. A few of the more frustrating parts of the process was I felt like I had to manage the project as I caught a few errors before they became a big deal to fix (shower spout installed a foot too high, wrong tile ordered for the floor). So if asked if I would use them again - ultimately I would. Mainly because Leigh, who was my design consultant, did her best to fix my long list of things that needed to be corrected as they came up. As a side note I've been through renovations before and I know all renovations can be frustrating.
