Our house is 15 years old and our red oak hardwood floors were showing scratches, discolouration and damage, particularly in front of the high traffic areas like the sink and the two entry ways. Cal answered our email inquiry for a quote the same day we sent it and within two days had come to do an estimate. He is a pleasant, polite and punctual individual. Our job had a specific start and finish date which was strictly adhered to and we sincerely appreciated this. All entry points to our house were being refinished so we needed live elsewhere during the renovation. Having the work done exactly on our time frame was wonderful. We are very happy with the refinishing and with Hatton's.
