quality sales pitch, can't say the same about the craftmanship-sloppy.
Removed and installed new shingles. Replaced some plywood sheathing. New gutters. New gutter guards. In a nutshell- I don't think that they expected me to get up on the roof, or up into the attic, to check their work. One year later.... The shingle part of the installation is probably the same as anybody else. The gutters leaked at two corner locations. The gutter guards weren't installed properly- were cut to made to fit, and used a lot of end pieces, and installed three difference ways on the three different eavesthroughs. The sheathing replacement is fine but wood scraps and garbage, along with the old roof vents, were left in my attic. Roof nails from the removal of my previous shingles littered the dripline of my house. I had to call repeatedly to have someone come to take a look at- per the warranty. But a fella did finally show up....when I wasn't home, and never got back to me. I had to call again to find out what was going on and was told that he found no issues. We agreed to have another fella come out when I was home. He agreed that there were some issues- did fix the gutter leaks, did take out the gutter guard ends and put in proper [regular] 8ft lengths. Would I recommend? No. Are they the best? No. Are they better than most? Probably. Is their warranty great? No, but they do have one so that's better than most. Was the 'fix' up to my standards? No, but it was better than nothing. Is dealing with them easy? Yes, until they find out you're calling about the warranty.
