My wife and I both sent requests to A1 for quotes - for a new Lennox HF furnace. That was back at the beginning of September 2016. To-date A1 has never gotten back to us. We were customers with A1 for the purchase of our previous Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner, so we were not strangers to that company. You would have thought that they would not have had the decency to respond to our requests. We also requested a quote with another company in Burlington who were more than appreciative to sit with us and discuss a Lennox purchase. Within 1 week that company came in and installed the furnace. Shame on A1.

We are terribly sorry that we did not respond to your request for a sales quote. It is never our intention to upset or lose a customer. We have a salesman on call by phone and email 24 hours, 7 days a week, as installations of new equipment are paramount to our business. I have no explanation as to what may have happened to your request, but we will look back at requests from early September and see what information we can find to better improve our procedures. Again, please accept our sincerest apology.
