I tried to pay multiple time online with no success. I couldnt create an account, was given two different account numbers and then my account was cancelled. I avoid giving my credit card number over the phone to strangers for security reasons, but eventually I had no other choice. Im to blame for not reading the contract closely and having it auto renew. Read the small print! The lawn looked terrible last year AND this year too. Avoid this company
