We engaged the services of Knights to upgrade the insulation in our attic. Right from the very first contact with Anny, through to the cleanup after completion of the job, we were much, much more than satisfied... very pleased indeed! Del's assessment of the job was thorough, his quote was fair and his crew's work efficient, knowledgeable, high quality and very respectful of our home, laying down tarps to protect our carpets and even insisting on removing their shoes to walk through the house (walking on their tarps !!) Be assured, the old fashioned, honest work ethic we may have thought was dead is alive and well at every level of this company! Old fashioned work ethic, high quality work, pride in and attention to detail is alive and well at Coleman heating. We got a number of quotes for this work. Coleman was the only company that insisted on putting a warm air return in the third floor ceiling to "vacuum" the hot air off the ceiling .. aka doing the job properly .. and .. their price was thousands less than any others. Jeff and his team were prompt, dependable, professional and very respectful of us and our home (and our neighbours too !). The entire project, though challenging, was completed on time, on budget (as quoted) and everything works perfectly. No question, we do strongly recommend Coleman Heating and air Conditioning.
