The employee who served me was not knowledgable about the line of products they had available. They could not explain to me the differences between a chain and belt garage door opener (besides the price) and there was none on display for me to visualize. Another store that I visited before my trip here had one on display so customers could hear how much noise the opener would produce.

The employee who serviced me was very knowledgable and showed a genuine willingness to help me in my efforts to pick a garage door opener. He was patient and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase anything right away and he explained the various installation options. It was a welcome change from past customer service experiences at similar stores.
