Absolutely fabulous! Jan is professional in the truest sense. Punctual, honest and clean workmanship. We have had Jan do our kitchen renovation in previous house and this year he did a complete basement bathroom/laundry reno. Insulated the walls with foam ( it was a cold basement bathroom), relocated toilet and sink and installed heated tiles on floor in bathroom and basement. Also installed quartz countertop and sink and faucet. This summer, Jan did our deck. Changed the staircase and handrail ( warped from years of no treatment). Cannot say enough great things about this contractor. He is a master plumber. Masterful at all home renovations. Would highly recommend!!

Warren and Paul were punctual, professional and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend. They came on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Drop sheets were used and they promptly cleaned up afterwards.

After searching online for reviews I noticed Waterworks had good reviews and decided to try them. I was VERY satisfied with their service. They were efficient, explained what the problem may be and the approximate cost. There were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them again.
