After considerable searching, reading many reviews and getting feedback from neighbours who had used them, I arranged for Ductwise to clean the HVAC ducting and dryer vents in our 3-year old home. Even after reading many positive reviews, I have to say I wasn't prepared for such a positive experience. Phil and his assistant arrived exactly on-time, and immediately began setting up protective equipment to keep our home clean and undamaged during the cleaning process. At the same time, they took the time to thoroughly explain how exactly the process would work, what they would be doing and how, what to expect in the way of noises and how long the process would likely take. Except for updating us regularly, they worked non-stop, and anyone could see they clearly knew what they were doing. While they were here, I learned that they also offered cleaning of central vac systems. I asked if maybe next time, they could provide a check of that as well. Phil said it was no problem to check it out for us while they were here. He did so, and explained that our central vac system was perfectly clean and didn't require a cleaning. Not only that, there would be no charge for the checkup! During the cleaning of our dryer vent, they discovered an air leak very near the dryer, and took the time to repair it, again at no extra charge. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about Ductwise, and can confidently recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Just wanted to say a long-overdue "Thank You" to everyone at T. Simpson for a great job well-done! This was a big job, and a big investment, so we were very grateful for Tim's help and advice choosing the entire roofing system. We opted to upgrade to a ridge-vent system as part of the project, which also included a high-end underlay system and much better-quality shingles. The Simpson crew handled the entire installation in a very professional manner. Their knowledge and experience was obvious, and they thought of everything in advance. They worked hard, were well-organized and kept the jobsite clean and tidy throughout the work. The end result is a tremendous improvement to the look of our house. The improvement in venting in the attic is obvious, and adds to a cleaner look outside. The final cleanup was done immediately, and was surprisingly thorough. I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

And trust me, those skills are very hard to find. But beyond their knowledge and experience, they are honest, extremely hard-working and a pleasure to deal with. They worked through bitter-cold weather, even when the job ended-up being more involved than we all expected. They were very flexible with scheduling, and extremely fair and reasonable about cost. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
