Very happy with the install of our alarm system. The equipment is top of the line and while you never actually want to have to use something like this product, you are happy to have it when you needed it rather than needed it and not have had it. On January 11th, 2017 at 4pm, someone tried to break into my home. It was windy that day and so when I checked the source of the alarm, it did not look like any entry was made. I told the monitoring company (That called even though I put my code in) that it must have been triggered by the wind. It wasn't until Friday when I talked to my neighbour, who's property was broken into the same morning, that I learned that it wasn't the wind like I thought it was. It was someone actually trying to break into my home. My neighbour told me ther alarm also went but they didn't get a call. The system definitely prevented harm from coming to my family and home.
