Forearmed is forewarned. If only I'd read the reviews here first. My experience so exactly matches the previous posts that it is scary. Right down to the labour price of $280.00 plus tax for 20 minutes dismantling my dryer, and, then a quote of $230.00 for a rubber dryer belt. Yes. That's right. A. Rubber. Dryer. Belt. The custormer service rep was rude and angry when I pointed out that I could just buy a new dryer for the price of the belt and installation and queried their pricing. I cannot give this company a low enough rating in all realms. I would, on the other hand, highly recommend that you never (ever) use this company to service your appliances.

I called Warren on the recommendation of a friend. He came and priced the job the day I called him. He completed the job when he said he would and at the very reasonable price he quoted. The work was excellent and he called after to follow up. Many thanks Warren and Paul - highly recommended.
