Had no heat from furnace. Called and got an appointment next morning (Sunday) from 8-12 tech came out (Aaron S). He diagnosed the problem in short order as being likely the VENTOR MOTOR which is not a cheap item ($800 approx). As the one in the unit was starting to fail and due to not enough pressure caused the gas flow regulator? to stop flowing gas, and not light the pilot. So Jason went back to the shop (as don't carry on the vehicles understandably) and said would be back in about 1 1/2 hours, which he was and replaced the defective part in short order and heat was back on toasty warm!!!! We had the maitinence plan and it was covered!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY PAID for itself A FEW YEARS OVER!!! Aaron was very knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries quickly and accurately and was very professional!! He is the reason I would stay with Direct Energy and recommend to anyone looking for services they provide. Hands down the best experiences I've had dealing with a larger company and with any furnace dealer/gas company at all. I highly recommend Direct Energy to anyone looking for services.
