We went with Burl-Oak based on the reviews here and do not regret hiring them. Mind you, we also contacted 6 other companies but felt confident that Burl-Oak would carry out the job well, based on the customer service and expectations we had since we first contacted the company. Mark was very reachable and understanding in what we wanted/needed, and provided recommendations which best suited our patio. Everything was handled professionally by him, Michael (foreman) and the crew on duty. The work took 2 days and we were impressed in how fast it was done. Nothing looked "rushed", the quality is definitely there. Of course there were concerns, however, Mark and Michael handled any concerns we had professionally and within a respectable timeframe. We recommend Burl-Oak.
