Washer machine was leaking water. Called the company and next day a service man abby came. Abby was so friendly, courteous and effectiveness. He diagnosed the problem explained it to me and show me the issue. He ordered the parts needed to replace cold watervalve and the rubber on the drum it has some mold. He was very honest and I felt very comfortable with him. Excellent customer service by Abby.
