As far as I can see the work was done well. Communication was not the best as I paid a deposit in November and was told the work would be done in December. I contacted the sales rep in January to notify him the work was not complete yet. after weeks of back and forth I was finally told there was a supplier delay and was given a new ETA...which was missed, followed by another ETA...missed. A couple more weeks later and the contractors showed up...with the wrong color due to an error by the sales rep. In all, it took 3 months to get this right. Not the greatest experience, but not the worst either. My rating is based mainly on the experience, as I am unable to fully inspect the work given the height of my home

On average, our turn around time is around 2-3 weeks, it's very upsetting to hear that your job took 3 months.
