I have recommended this product to friends and family for years. I had them installed on my house,the windows on my neighbours house also. On my brothers houses they did a great job. However when my son was getting new windows I suggested Inline Fibreglass windows. The windows were of the same high quality. The installation was a different story. Because I can only comment on the work or service perfomed by the company I suspect the windows where done by a sub contractor. A Very bad job the inside work was left a mess the outside work was terrible they could not do the aluminum properly sharp edges left everywhere. The caulking was horrible they told me the company insists on a specific brand of caulking and they could not finish the caulking properly. The workers blamed it on the caulking but in fact this caulking is very easy to tool. They left food scraps all over the lawn and cigarette butts on the walkway If you do buy these windows insist that inline not sub out the job and they warranty the workmanship of the installers. A good company will advertise by having their name on the truck or trailer when they come to do the work. After installation service was horrible.Inline did not check on the work after the install In fact I would buy the windows and have a company that you trust and know their work. Based on the experience with the installers I can no longer recommend this company
