Our overhead garage door jammed while opening, resulting in the top panel bending very badly in the middle where the arm from the runner attaches to the top panel, rending the entire door inoperable (we had to muscle it closed). Russ's crew was able to come out mid-week and repair the damage by adding another horizontal runner as reinforcement, as well as service & lubricate the mechanism to provide much smoother and quieter operation than before. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Needed to get an over-the-sink microwave replaced, Brodie did a great job, arrived right on time and had the old unit out and the new unit professionally mounted in just under an hour. I was very happy with the communication with this company - it can be very difficult int the GVRD to even get contractors to return your calls, much less show up, especially for small jobs like this, and I got in contact to Capstone on my first try and had good phone followups afterwards to confirm timing and location. Would absolutely use again.

Found some raccoons nesting under the front roof of our house. Called in AAA Wildlife Control to remove them humanely. The technician used a leafblower-style device to encourage mom to leave the nest so he could safely pick the baby up. Once the baby was under control, it was placed in a small box where mom could get to her when she returned. Mom appeared 20 min later and picked the baby out of the box and relocated the family to a new location away from our house. Everyone happy in the end!

We had a long-term tenant (almost 20 years) renting a house. When he left, there was a considerable amount of junk that remained on the property that accumulated for many, many years. Konstantin and his crew did a great job removing everything and getting it ready for the new occupants! Took a few trips to get the job done, but we would have been absolutely stuck without their help! Would happily recommend and use again in the future!
