The dryer was not heating up at my condo. Anthony came within a day to dignose the problem. He noticed that the brand is an European company and the parts will take weeks to arrive. He took apart the components and fixed only the part that was not broken not the entire unit. Anthony did this in a matter of days. Not to mention that he was working in a very small, tight space. Understanding his expertise, I called him a week after to fix my LG washer that had mold on it. Anthony responded within hours and ordered the parts and fixed the issue in a matter of days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These guys are a bunch of fraudsters. Read before you go with them. Terrible service. Do not trust these guys. Saw their advertisement on the condo elevator and called them in to fix my tenant's dryer that wasn't heating up. Came in and took apart the machine and did not put it back together. They said they performed a diagnostic test without taking apart the machine which wasn't the case. Decided to go with these guys since they already charged the assessment fee. Roger, the main guy, promised to fix the issue within a week (said they had to order the parts from elsewhere). When the time came, they called and said they ordered the wrong parts and it would take another week. Weeks go by no updates or anything. They continue to ignore your calls or will say they will call you back but don’t. My tenant and I were getting frustrated as they kept pushing the date. They finally called in and said they were unable to get the parts. I only came to realize how much of fraudsters these guys are after putting their number 416-900-3677 in google. Checkout their google reviews. They also operate under IMAppliances Repair Service. They have a D- rating under Better Business Bureau (BBB). Do not waste your money here. Found someone on Homestars who did it for half the price in about 2 days. Customer Service: 0 Competency: 0 Cost: $$$$$

My family has been working with Thermocare Heating and Cooling for many years and they have never disappointed us. We recently moved to a new house, it was one of those weeks where the weather was 30 degrees and we did not have air conditioner installed. We made a call to Thermocare for installing an A/C and we thought it might take week or two for them to attend and install it. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different types of air conditioners available, the benefits, warranty and the size required in order to the cool the house as well as being energy efficient. We decided to go with one of the higher end air conditioners. To our surprise, once we agreed on what type of A/C was appropriate for us, the sales rep had their technicians out the next day to begin the work. The technicians were very professional and clean in their work. Many other homes with the same (corner unit) model as ours had their A/C closer to the entrance, and visible to the public, which took away from the aesthetic of the home. We noticed that other homes did this since it was closer to the furnace and was an easier job for their technicians but was not appealing to the house at all. Imagine walking past your large A/C to your front entrance everyday.Thermocare technicians suggested to install our A/C in the back, where it will be less visible and be of better use of unoccupied space and more importantly not take away from the attractiveness of the house. This is a much tougher job, as they had to do much more wiring, as the A/C is further away from the furnace and electrical box in the basement. The technicians were experienced and knew what they were doing and were able to complete the job in a matter of few hours. After the job was completed, many of our neighbours came by and complimented the job of the technicians and have decided to install their A/C with Thermocare. Overall, our experience with Thermocare was top notch. The sales representative made it easy and explained it to us the various different brands, benefits and warranty available. The technicians were experienced and did a clean and thorough job of installing and wiring the A/C. The price of the A/C and job was very reasonable if not lower compared to other companies. Also, they made it easier by processing the paperwork for a hefty provincial rebate on behalf of us. A very smooth and easy experience to say the least. I would easily recommend Thermocare for any of your heating and cooling needs.
