I called this company because their website has lots of information about the different services they provide on sewage ejector pumps, plus they have a lot of good reviews. All the positive comments that reviewers say about the Alex is true. He is very respectful of my time and my home. He is on time, courteous, and super funny too. Replacing a sewage ejector pump is a messy job, but Alex protected the area from the mess and cleaned everything up afterwards. I’m very satisfied with the new pump that he chose. My old pump would make a really loud thud after discharging water, but the new one is much quieter, maybe because it flushes out the water more frequently.

I would not hesitate to recommend A to Z. I chose them after I didn’t get a straightforward quote from another locksmith. Roman sounded courteous and professional. He arrived on time and was fast and efficient in rekeying and replacing a front door handleset. He also noticed that the door was misaligned and he expertly realigned it by chiseling a deeper mortise…great job!

However, I chose Impact because Ryan was courteous, respectful, patient, flexible, and a good communicator. He was very patient in answering my questions, explained everything to me in detail, and kept me informed of his timing. Ryan and his team did not get frustrated whenever they needed to move their trucks to make way for others in the laneway. Workmanship looks very good and they cleaned up well. Ryan has a great attitude and obviously cares about customer satisfaction. Definitely a 10!
