I paid advance for installation of two 8X7 R16 insulated garage door on November 5, 2021 (invoice - 001194) and the installation date was Dec 1, 2021 or before. As of July 2022 neither the garage doors are installed nor the refund has been provided. Every time I followed-up I was given a new reason and told that next week it will be installed and it is final but that never happened. Please do not engage this contractor if you don't want to spend your time in follow-up and/or recovering the advance paid. I have asked for refund of advance paid but no response far. I have now filed complaint with Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and would highly recommend that people who are facing similar issues also file their complaint with Ministry.
