Last year I had my gas fireplace serviced. Shortly after I began having problems with the power vent coming on itself without the gas fireplace. I have been waiting since last November 2019 for a new part. As of late, I have called the Etobicoke location three times and left messages over the last two weeks and no one calls me back to help with this problem. I have also tried calling Frank and the Woodbridge location. - The Woodbridge phone number says "this number is out of service. So what started out to be great service has serious declined to the point that I have to assess this company at 0/10.
Al is a very talented and pleasant silversmith. I was very impressed with the repairs he helped me with.. All of the items meant a great deal to me and Al made me happy because he was able to repair everything I presented him with. Everything looks like new. I highly recommend Britannia Silversmiths
Shower replacement; unclogging kitchen drain
Guest bathroom shower needed replacement and Crystal bath completed an outstanding job in terms of plumbing, tiling, quality of materials - tiles, fixtures. Kitchen drain was severly clogged with grease and Chris, the plumber, worked hard to determine where the clog was in the drain and he also tried to keep the cost down for this repair

Steve from Black Forest Woodwork made a beautiful cappacino coloured maple cabinet for my guest bathroom. The drawers are well made and slide very well. The cabinet is a focal point in the room and I am very happy with Steve's dedication to his craft and perfection. The cabinet has been admired by many people. A picture is enclosed.
