First thing first, I'm so relived and thankful now. It was horrible two weeks I had to withstand. Shower head pipe was leaking in the basement, which we didn't know about. Sadly water went through the adjacent furnace room and leaked all over. You can only imagine the state of panic and stress in my house thinking that we are in for a hefty job. However, with excellent customer service, great timing, and rapid solution to my issue. Everything was fixed. I called everywhere. Trying to find the best quote. I felt like either I'm talking to companies that do not know what they are doing. Or they want to take advantage of me.
