I had several quotes from other contractors and elected to go with heritage because of the professionalisim and the detailed quote they provided. They had to move the entire stack where the hydro came into the house to bring it up to code (they arranged for the inspector to come by to assess this).They installed the new panel and added an outside outlet and several in the basement where I requested along with an new Dryer receptical. The electricians were here on time,and I was very please with all of the work they did.

I received several quotes to install replace my old furnace and install a new ac unit and Sears was the most reasonable. the sales rep came to my home, analysed what I would need for this size of home and gave me three options on equipment I could go with, good better and best. He arranged for a home audit prior to the install and did all of the booking for me. he also explained how to maximize the rebates I was entitled to. Work was done to code (I know this becuase some of the other contractors suggested some short cuts which I talked to the sears rep about and he was quick to explain what was to code and what was not) and the installers showed up on time and did all of the work within the day.I was very pleased with the service and the product from start to finish.
