My Parents' Kitchen Aid oven wasn't working. I called Uptown, left a message, and Chris called me about 5 minutes later, and we arranged to meet at my parents' house. The bake element was not wasn't preheating and he happened to have one in his truck. Element was replaced, and stove is back to 100 percent. Thanks Chris!
