My experience with this company has been one horrible nightmare. They failed to show up on scheduled appointments on three separate occasions and even worse they did not bother to call to cancel nor notify us. Finally they did come after a full week of delay and again it was without prior notice. The serviceman the company sent was totally unprofessional. He insisted on replacing parts that needed only a little effort to repair. After much heated debate, he repaired it with much reluctance. When it came to testing the garage door after the repair job, it didn't sound or function as it used to. When I brought this to his attention, he neither cared nor did he want to investigate the cause of the clunking noise. It was obvious he took no pride in his work. For us the customer service and reliability is not what one should expect from Royal Overhead Doors.
