I’m not certain who is writing these positive reviews; however, this company is absolutely horrible. They take your money and do not deliver. I was given an installation date of August 3rd, no one showed up or called. I tried for weeks to get a hold of this company. No response - just voicemail. They gave me a second install date and confirmed the day of installation that they were not even sure my shutters were made. Stay away. They have a number of different company names, I guess from ghosting clients and do not care about customer service.
