After surveying various estimates for our new roof, and inspecting the work that New Steel Roofers performed for neighbours, we contracted with them to replace our shingles with their Steel Roof product. The job was completed on schedule and the final price was as per the contracted amount. We subsequently put our house on the market, and our real estate agent advised us that having this superior product on our house enabled us to get top price for our property.

Christine and I would like to express our thanks to you and your contractors for the excellent job done on our hardwood floor installation. Any of our friends who visit comment positively on the fine fit in the difficult areas around the staircase, and up the stairs. We are especially pleased with the unbroken flow of the wood surface throughout the connecting rooms and hallways, and the smooth interface between the wood and the other floor surfaces throughout the house. Your crew worked in a professional and prompt fashion, and as a bonus were as careful as possible to cause the least disruption to the rest of the house in the way of dust and dirt.
